Sale Terms

• Purchases must be removed from Arthur Trovei and Sons Inc within 30 days of the invoice date. Any equipment remaining on the grounds after 30 days will be subject to storage fees starting at $100 per month, per piece, up to $200 per month for large pieces.


• Loading hours will be Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM, and if applicable, Saturdays from 8:00 AM to 10:30 AM.


• Shipping arrangements and cost are the BUYERS SOLE RESPONSIBILITY. Unless otherwise arranged with Arthur Trovei and Sons Inc.
• Pick up by third party carriers must be confirmed by the Purchaser before items will be released to them.


• NOTICE – Policy for international buyers: all international buyers must provide a current, valid passport for identification purposes. Payments must be made with US funds in form of certified check, ACH, or wire transfer.
• NOTICE – Policy for domestic buyers: all domestic buyers must provide valid identification. Payments must be made with US funds in form of cash, check, credit card, ACH, or wire transfer.
• Check payments are subject to a 7-10 day clearing hold before release.
• Credit card payments up to $2,500, and are subject to a 5.5% administration fee.
• Wire Transfers are subject to $25 fee per wire.
• 25% restocking fee on ALL returned items!
• 3% per month late charge will be applied to any unpaid balances after 30 days.


• SALES TAX: All sales are subject to sales tax.
• SALES TAX EXEMPTIONS: Buyers with a VALID exemption certificate are not required to pay sales tax, but MUST present a copy of their certificate at time of registration at EACH SALE.
• EXPORTERS: If you take possession of your purchase in the United States, you must pay sales tax. You must provide a copy of the dock receipt showing export in order not to be charged.


• No sale shall be invalidated by reason of any defect or inaccuracy in any of the listings by reason of their being incorrectly described in this listing or elsewhere and no liability shall be borne by the Seller in respect of any such fault or errors. These listings have been prepared only as a guide based on information from sources generally believed to be reliable and from the previous owners but the accuracy thereof cannot be guaranteed or warranted by the Seller. Buyers acknowledges that it is their responsibility to inspect all equipment and to make their own inquires.


• ALL LISTINGS ARE ONLY A GUIDE AND MAY NOT BE ACCURATE IN ANY WAY. EVERY ITEM WILL SELL “AS IS” “WHERE IS”. PLEASE INSPECT THE EQUIPMENT PRIOR TO PAYMENT.


• DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES: Seller does not make any representation, warranty or covenant, expressed or implied (except as to title) with respect to the condition, quality, durability, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose of said property and assume no responsibility therefore and said property is sold “As Is”.
  The Purchaser hereby agrees that it will at all times hereafter indemnify and save harmless the Seller, their officers, agents & employees against all claims, liability, loss, damage, costs or expenses which may hereafter incur or be required to pay by any reason of injuries or damage to the Purchaser or any other person or persons resulting from the possession or use of said property, whether caused by a defective condition of said property or otherwise.
